I have received hands-on experience as a student mentor/tutor in Digital Media Communications as a student of Katharine Gibbs NYC. I also worked as a Teacher's Assistant. I currently am using Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe InDesign CS3, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Adobe Flash CS3, and Autodesk 3DSMax 8.0 as a Freelance Web/Graphic Designer.
My training in Digital Media Communications has enabled me to make several recommendations that resulted in not only streamlining the 3D modeling class for the students, but in my own leadership skills as well.
Since my graduation, I got the pleasure to work for one of my former teachers as a freelancer, and then work on a few jobs of my own. Here's one fun website in particular called zonabananera.com. I actually won an iPod for joining. Choosing to improve myself and my passion for computers, I went into the technical field, and am now working as a PC Technician in a major Computer store. The job involves helping others with their Computer Repair, along with setting up their networks and Home theater systems in their homes. The job is great, but my real passion is for the arts.
